My Master Key Experience Week 15 – Your only real enemy on earth!

I want to start off this week’s post with a question: Do YOU know what or whom is your real enemy on earth? BAM what a question.

This week we started on Lesson 15 of The Master Key System by Haanel and we were introduced to the importance of the power of your words. I found the following paragraphs of this life changing lesson to be important for this weeks post.

12. The first form which thought will find is language, or words; this determines the importance of words; they are the first manifestation of thought — the vessels in which thought is carried. They take hold of the ether and by setting it in motion reproduce the thought to others in the form of sound.

13. Thought may lead to action of any kind, but whatever the action, it is simply the thought attempting to express itself in visible form. It is evident, therefore, that if we wish desirable conditions, we can afford to entertain only desirable thoughts.

14. This leads to the inevitable conclusion that if we wish to express abundance in our lives, we can afford to think abundance only, and as words are only thoughts taking form, we must be especially careful to use nothing but constructive and harmonious language, which when finally crystallized into objective forms, will

prove to our advantage.”

Wow ‘the inevitable conclusion that if we wish to express abundance in our lives, we can afford to think abundance only, and as words are only thoughts taking form, we must be especially careful to use nothing but constructive and harmonious language.” This is profound!

To illustrate the result of NOT being especially careful to use nothing but constructive and harmonious language, I want to share with you a video regarding the consequences of your words in the form of blame.

21. Words are thoughts and are therefore an invisible and invincible power which will finally objectify themselves in the form they are given.”

In closing, the answer to my question I started with:

You only real enemy on earth is your negative thoughts/words!”

Constructive and harmonious language (thoughts) = life

Destructive and negative language (thoughts) = death

My Master Key Experience Week 14 – Finding your identity

The formula that we are taught in our Master Key Course for the extra ordinary change in our life’s is:

DMP + PMA + POA + MMA = Life Changing Experience

Each step is defined as follows:

DMP = Definite Major Purpose

PMA = Positive Mental Attitude

POA = Plan of Action

MMA = Master Mind Alliance

Now this week we were requested to have some family fun and watch one of the following movies:

Door to Door, October Sky, Rudy or Cool Running’s

I choose Cool Running’s.

What you think about will manifest in reality.

That was awesome, so I watched it with my family and a amazing thing happened to me. I found each of the steps mentioned above in the story line and I cried. This emotion I haven’t felt in a very, very long time. Something happened inside me that started a change. It’s amazing.

You have got to watch it. One of the parts that made the biggest impact in my life was regarding not to imitate anybody. Finding your true identity.

To determine your Definite Major Purpose in life you also need to find your identity and proclaim your rarity.

The other movie I watched this week that also had the aforementioned principles in the story line was Facing the Giants. The part that had the biggest impact on me was the following story of the two farms that had the same desire for rain and both of them prayed for rain to the Creator. One of them went out to prepare his fields for the rain the other one just kept on praying.

Which one are you …..

We all have a deep hearts desire, a personal calling, that we long for and pray for. Are your fields prepare to receive the rain when the Creator sends it.

I found my identity in the following words.

I am

I leave you with this, the meaning of Cool Running’s,

“Peace be the Journey…..”

My Master Key Experience Week 12 – Maybe it’s time!

In the introduction of Lesson 12 this week we read the following.

Part Twelve is enclosed herewith. In the fourth paragraph you will find the following statement:

“You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do.” If you concentrate upon the thoughts given, if you give them your entire attention, you will find a world of meaning in each sentence, and will attract to yourself other thoughts in harmony with them, and you will soon grasp the full significance of the vital knowledge upon which you are concentrating. Knowledge does not apply itself; we as individuals must make the application, and the application consists in fertilizing the thought with a living purpose.

So my question to you this week is “What do you practice (application/concentration) daily?”

Maybe it is time!

My Master Key Experience Week 11 – The power of true emotion

All during our course for the last 11 weeks we are encouraged to add emotions to our thoughts, to what we write, to what we read, to what we feel and to what we do.

There is a magical power to true emotions. I encourage you to take the time and experience what effect adding true emotions to both these songs had on everyone.

What effect did it have on you?

Just imagine what will happen to your dreams and desires if you add true emotions?

My Master Key Experience Week 6 – The Force within

I have taken that one more step that Frodo talks about to leave the known of my “Shire” to the unknown of my Hero’s Journey.

While keeping my commitment to my adventure by studying Lesson 1 of the Master System by Haanel I realized that I have a Supernatural Aid or Ally within me on this great adventure. In paragraph 22 Haanel introduced me to the subconscious mind and Og Mandino in Scroll 1 calls it the “mysterious source which never sleeps”.

We are related to the world within by the subconscious mind. The solar plexus is the organ of this mind; the sympathetic system of nerves presides over all subjective sensations, such as joy, fear, love, emotion, respiration, imagination and all other subconscious phenomena. It is through the subconscious that we are connected with the Universal Mind and brought into relation with the Infinite constructive forces of the Universe.”

I love the way Joda explains it in this video. “For my ally is the Force and a powerful ally it is.”

We are luminous beings not this crud matter we have come to accept.

We have the Force within as an ally.

My Master Key Experience Week 10 – Daily tracking of your thoughts

I have had the privilege and honor to spend time with the following great writers every day:

Og Mandino and his book – The greatest salesman in the world
Emmet Fox and his pamphlet – The Seven Day Mental Diet
Haanel – The Master Key System

I would like to take the time and share with you the profound truth’s I received from each of them that has started change in my way of thinking. I have been concentrating on the thoughts that enters my mind every day the past week the reason behind this exercise is found in the master piece written by Emmet Fox – The Seven Day Mental Diet. He starts off with the following regarding a physical diet:

Experts on the subject are saying that physically we become the thing that we eat – that our whole body is really composed of the food that we have eaten in the past. What we eat today, they say will be in our bloodstream after the lapse of so many hours, and it is our blood-stream that builds all the tissue composing
our body – and there we are.”

He then continues with the following regarding a mental diet:

The most important of all factors in my life is the mental diet on which I live. It is the food which I furnish to my mind that determines the whole character of my life. It is the thoughts I allow myself to think, the subjects that I allow myself to dwell upon, which make me and my surroundings what they are.”

Everything in my life today – the state of my body, whether healthy or sick, the state of my fortune, whether prosperous or impoverished, the state of my home, whether happy or the reverse, the present condition of every phase of my life in fact – is entirely conditioned by the thoughts and feelings which I have entertained in the past, by the habitual tone of my past thinking.”

In other words, I choose my life, that is to say, I choose all the conditions of my life, when I choose the thoughts upon which I allow my mind to dwell. Thought is the real causative force in life, and there is no other.”

This lead me to Scroll II of Og Mandino where he writes:

I will greet this day with love in my heart . And most of all I will love myself. For when I do I will zealously inspect all things which enter my body, my mind, my soul and my heart. Never will I overindulge the request of my flesh, rather I will cherish my body with cleanliness and moderation. Never will I allow my mind to be attracted to evil and despair, rather I will uplift it with the knowledge and wisdom of the ages. Never will I allow my soul to become complacent and satisfied, rather I will feed it with meditation and prayer. Never will I allow my heart to become small and bitter, rather I will share it and it will grow and warm the earth.”

Now you may ask why is this important to track your thoughts on a daily basis and never allow your mind to be attracted to evil and despair, rather uplift it with the knowledge and wisdom of the ages?

I found the reason in the time I spend with the Master Key System in part 7 – 24 and 25:

7 – 24. Concentrate on the things you want, not on the things you do not want. Think of abundance; idealize the methods and plans for putting the Law of Abundance into operation. Visualize the condition which the Law
of Abundance creates; this will result in manifestation.

7 – 25. If the law operates perfectly to bring about poverty, lack and every form of limitation for those who are continually entertaining thoughts of lack and fear, it will operate with the same certainty to bring about conditions of abundance and opulence for those who entertain thoughts of courage and power.

I conclude my post for this week and I leave you with the words of Emmet Fox:

This then is the real key to life: If I change my mind my conditions must change
too – my body must change, my daily work or other activities must change; my
home must change; the color-tone of my whole life.”

My wish for you is that you decide to change you mind by daily tracking of your thoughts and day by day exchanging negative thoughts for positive thoughts.

My Master Key Experience Week 9 – Your words become your reality

Many, many years ago in a land far, far away a group of people arrive at the border of the country that was promised to them. They travelled far and long to reach this land and they were camped right next door and very excited about possessing the land.

Their leader decided to send 12 men to go and spy out this promised land and after 40 days 10 of them returned with the following opinion. They said, “There are giants in the land, and we’ll never defeat them.”

Their opinion spread throughout the rest of the camp, and the people began to murmur and complain.

But the eleventh one had a different opinion and said, “We are well able to defeat these people. Let us go up at once and take the land!”

Now what is interesting in life regarding opinion is the perception of people and the danger thereof. You see they all saw the same land, the same circumstances, yet they allowed their perception to create totally different opinions that lead to different views.

The most important question to answer now is How could their opinion be so opposite? The answer lies in the following:

It’s the true nature of the “I” that is spiritual that cause the one spy to see things with a different perspective. He had a different spirit.

The other 10 men were focused on the giants and he was focused on the dream of the promise land. His thoughts were filled with the belief that they are able to take the land.

In part five of the Master Key System it is stated as follows:

You can originate thought, and, since thoughts are creative, you can create for yourself the things you desire.”

The conclusion to this story is that the group of people who listen to the opinion of the 10 spy’s and complained never actually made it into the promised land, but that one spy with a different spirit did.

What is important is that you remember and the danger of opinion is that “everything which can possibly enter into our lives depends upon the character of the material which enters into the construction of our Mental Home.”

My Master Key Experience Week 5 – I will form good habits(thoughts) and become their slave.

We have learned that the subconscious mind makes all the decisions. That our habitual mental attitude of (subconscious) mind necessarily depends upon what we think. So how do we change our habitual thoughts in our subconscious mind?

As the following statement is of considerable importance, I will put it in several ways, so that you cannot fail to get the full significance of it. If you are religiously inclined, I would say, you can let your light shine. If your mind has a bias toward physical science, I would say you can wake the Solar Plexus; or, if you prefer the strictly scientific interpretation, I will say that you can impress your subconscious mind.

It is the method in which you are now interested. You have already learned that the subconscious is intelligent and that it is creative, and responsive to the will of the conscious mind. What, then, is the most natural way of making the desired impression? Mentally concentrate on the object of your desire; when you are concentrating you are impressing the subconscious.

This is not the only way, but it is a simple and effective way, and the most direct way, and consequently the way in which the best results are secured. It is the method which is producing such extraordinary results that many think that miracles are being accomplished.

The MKE Team is teaching us that I can impress my subconscious mind when I think, write, read, feel, promise, do and one of the greatest tools utilized by this amazing course is the Scrolls of The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino.

So what does each of these mean?

I need to replace my thoughts (habits).

In truth, the only difference between those who have failed and those who have succeeded lies in the differences of their habits. Good habits are the key to all success. Bad habits are the unlocked door to failure. Thus, the first law I will obey, which precedeth all others is – I will form good habits and become their slave.

As a child I was slave to my impulses; now I am slave to my habits, as are all grown men. I have surrendered my free will to the years of accumulated habits and the past deeds of my life have already marked out a path, which threatens to imprison my future. My actions are ruled by appetite, passion, prejudice, greed, love, fear,
environment, habit, and the worst of these tyrants is habit. Therefore, if I must be a slave to habit let me be a slave to good habits. My bad habits must be destroyed and new furrows prepared for good seed.

I will form good habits(thoughts) and become their slave.

I need to replace the words I write in my book of life.

And how will I accomplish this difficult feat?

Through these scrolls, it will be done, for each scroll contains a principle which will drive a bad habit from my life and replace it with one which will bring me closer to success. For it is another of nature’s laws that only a habit can subdue another habit. So, in order for these written words to perform their chosen task, I must discipline myself with the first of my new habits, which is as follows:

I need to replace words I read(speak) to myself.

I will read each scroll for thirty days in this prescribed manner, before I proceed to the next scroll.

First, I will read the words in silence when I arise. Then, I will read the words in silence after I have partaken of my midday meal. Last, I will read the words again just before I retire at day’s end, and most important, on this occasion I will read the words aloud.

On the next day I will repeat this procedure, and I will continue in like manner for thirty days. Then, I will turn to the next scroll and repeat this procedure for another thirty days. I will continue in this manner until I have lived with each scroll for thirty days and my reading has become habit.

And what will be accomplished with this habit?

I need to attach feeling/emotion to my words.

Herein lies the hidden secret of all man’s accomplishments.

As the words of these scrolls are consumed by my mysterious (subconscious) mind I will begin to awake, each morning, with a vitality I have never known before. My vigor will increase, my enthusiasm will rise, my desire to meet the world will overcome every fear I once knew at sunrise, and I will be happier than I ever believed it possible to be in this world of strife and sorrow.

I need to keep my promises. Why?

And I make a solemn oath to myself that nothing will retard my new life’s growth. I will lose not a day from these readings for that day cannot be retrieved nor can I substitute another for it. I must not, I will not, break this habit of daily reading from these scrolls and, in truth, the few moments spent each day on this new habit are but a small price to pay for the happiness and success that will be mine.

We need to act/do

Eventually, I will find myself reacting to all situations which confront me as I was commanded in the scrolls to react, and soon these actions and reactions will become easy to perform, for any act with practice becomes easy.

Thus a new and good habit is born, for when an act becomes easy through constant repetition it becomes a pleasure to perform and if it is a pleasure to perform it is man’s nature to perform it often. When I perform it often it becomes a habit and I become its slave and since it is a good habit this is my will.

I will form good habits(thoughts) and become their slave.

My Master Key Experience Week 4 – The Law of Forgiveness

Wow it’s week 4 already and this week all of us gets to the point of quieting 100%. Either quieting the course or quitting giving 60% or 70% to the course and giving 100%.

This week we had to do the following exercise from Haanel.

’30. This week, after taking your usual position, remove all tension by completely relaxing, then mentally let go of all adverse conditions, such as hatred, anger, worry, jealousy, envy, sorrow, trouble or disappointment of any kind.’

What a awesome exercise and that took me back to the definition of the Law of Forgiveness which says

To access the Divine and connect the subconscious to the Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent Creator we must forgive everyone and anyone to clear the channel. There can be no connection to the Divine Mind where anger or resentment against a brother or sister, justified or not, exists.

That lead to the question HOW am I connected to the Divine?

It took me to Lesson 1 in paragraph 22.

“We are related to the world within by the subconscious mind. The solar plexus is the organ of this mind; the sympathetic system of nerves presides over all subjective sensations, such as joy, fear, love, emotion, respiration, imagination and all other subconscious phenomena. It is through the subconscious that we are connected with the Universal Mind and brought into relation with the Infinite constructive forces of the Universe.

So I decided to make this is my week of general amnesty.

I forgive anybody and everybody who has ever hurt me. I mentally and spiritually release all adverse thoughts, hatred, anger, jealousy, envy, sorrow, trouble and disappointment, and I wish for each and everyone health, happiness, peace and all the blessings of life. I do this freely, joyously and lovingly. Whenever I think of the person or persons who hurt me, I say “I have forgiven and released you and all the blessings of life are yours.” I am free and they are free. It is a wonderful. Peace be the journey.

This is amazing because my mind is creative, and conditions, environment and all experiences in my life are the
result of my habitual or predominant mental attitude. The attitude of mind necessarily depends upon what I think all day long. Therefore, the secret of all power, all achievement and all possession depends upon my method of thinking. This is true because I must “be” before I can “do,” and I can “do” only to the extent which I am, and what I am depends upon what I “think.”

I want to share the following 10 Beautiful Thought from John Lennon with you.
